Our flex fit with John Karrasch was super beneficial! John spent so much time making sure our bikes were set up perfectly for us. We would highly recommend this service to cyclists of all levels!
You took three weeks to fix my bike. The initial diagnosis was that I needed a part end it would take a week to fix the bike. That part wasn’t available according to the tech that worked on the bike. Strangely, I was giving a tracking number for a part that was ordered, but wasn’t used to fix the dropper post. Apparently, all the dropper post needed was to be serviced, which should’ve been completed much sooner. Either the shop doesn’t know how to work on mountain bike dropper post, diagnose issues or is dishonest about the time it will take to get to a repair. All of the following are unacceptable excuses and is the reason I would not recommend this shop to anyone
Huge fan. I trust the mechanics. Brought my road bike in with an issue with the back wheel and chain. The mechanic said there was an outside chance the cassette needed to be replaced. I gave them the go ahead. When I picked up the bike, it was perfect and they said the original cassette was fine. That’s why I trust and like this shop.

The workers were very knowledgeable and patient. I learned a lot about the bike I was buying and how to take care of it. They were also super helpful with helping me load up my bike and putting on the accessories I purchased.

Buying was made easy because they helped to make it affordable for us to purchase the bike that day. They were willing to let my wife test ride the bike to make sure that it was what she wanted. They were helpful with explaining the warranty and most of all they didn’t try to force the sale.
