The bikes were assembled perfectly! Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. If you would rather spend time riding than putting your ebike together, they are what you need. Highly recommended!
I requested a level 2 service, and when I came to get my bike, the bike and drivetrain had not been cleaned. I was told that the shop was out of cleaning supplies, but I could bring it back or they would take $40 off the price. I don't understand, 1. How you run out of shop supplies, or 2., why I was told the bike was ready when it clearly wasn't. I would've been happy to wait a day or two if the situation had been explained.

Steven is an excellent bike mechanic. He has helped me out for years and I followed him from his old shop to Cahaba. I also bought my Trek there. LOVE IT!
Chris was extremely helpful with replacing my broken chain on my new gravel bike and took the time to go through his maintenance routine with me.
Cahaba keeps me informed and always ready to help in any way.
