I have had previous great interactions with personnel and have purchased at least 2 bikes from CC.
I came in querying about repairing a BOA shoe tightening mechanism that was broken and was told it could not be done and then was shown some new shoes as replacements. Subsequently found out BOA ships replacement mechanisms under a lifetime warranty for free. ??? Why shop person did not know this.
Also requested an inner tube repair kit and even purchased a spare inner tube but was also sold a tubeless repair kit (plug) even after querying about it being a patch kit. Am returning the repair kit.

Selection is pretty limited in some areas, and some repair work seems pretty pricey. But, overall, I love the folks at the Homewood location. Friendly, fair, and a fun place to stop in occasionally to see what’s new.
