Friendly staff and excellent customer service
First time visit for service. They put together my 75th birthday present (a Bianchi Mono-Q) quickly and efficiently. Rode it today for the first time and it was awesome!

Dependable products and personable service
You have an actual mechanic with experience and knowledge. Daniel kept me informed on what he found that needed repaired in my bike with the cost. Any additional things that needed done, outside of my tuneup, he cleared it with me. I Highly recommend Cahaba of Gadsden. We are fortunate to have him and Cahaba here in Gadsden!!

I ordered a bicycle helmet and was told it would be in by a certain date and it wasn’t, after 4 days I canceled the order. There really isn’t anything that can be done to make it right since I live out of town and won’t be back in Trussville anytime soon, so I will buy it from another bike shop.
