The service was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The items in stock are limited but expanding as the store grows. Items not found in stock at this time can quickly be ordered from other stores. I'm glad we have a Cahaba Cycle in Gadsden.

I would say for a person ordering a bike, especially a second hand MTB bike, You kind of hope that itâs a good deal. You can count on their Honesty! I wish this shop was closer to where I live. I purchased a second hand carbon fiber MTB, which could go either way.
Meaning Good or Bad. This bike is 6 years old. The bike I bought was more than well kept. Like they told me. I thought I was anal with my possessions, Whoever owned it was much like me. The service and up keep. That is why I say this company is honest, and they are a reputable dealer. Everything went great with the sale. I read the shipping comments that stated 5 to10 days to ship. It does take the full 10 days to ship, then the ride to your residents. I must say, I am impatient, cause I donât like waiting for a new toy. But it was well worth the wait. I would recommend this Dealer to Anyone! Thanx to everyone I spoke to at the Trussville store, and anyone else that works for CAHABA. Didnât talk to anyone that was unpleasant during all the calls I made to them. THANX AGAIN!!!

My bike, which I dropped off for a spring tune-up, came back looking and riding like new. And the turnaround was only a couple of days. The fact that the guys I dealt with were friendly and welcoming was gravy.
