I brought my ebike in with chain slipping off issues and they had me up and running the next day with gears tune and brakes adjusted . They also found some safety issues with my fork that they fixed. So I am giving them a 10 out of 10 on service. Guys, keep up the good work!

I placed an order last Wednesday evening (Jan 4th) for a set of Bontrager se-elite-recycled-grip-set.) I heard nothing until Saturday(Jan 7th) when I received an email with a tracking number. As of today (Jan10th) there has been no change to the web info. All that is being stated is label has been created. If I have not received my products by next Monday(Jan 16th) I will be canceling the order.Below is all of the shipping info I have currently.
