I love the service I get from the employees of cahaba cycles! They are respectable and listen to your problems while trying to give you the best possible outcome for your inquiry. I’ve bought from them multiple times and will still go there for any of basic mtb/ road bike needs!

One legged Virginia is THE best floor staff! The service department always does a great job..........and they do not laugh at my old bike and try to sell me a new one.
Chris, Chris and Joe are super helpful. They each go out of their way to insure parts are warrantied and bikes get fixed within a timely accurate manner. Great customer service.

The employees are awesome
I like that you have a female salesperson, Virginia Powell, at the Cahaba Heights Trek location. She is very aware of the needs of female riders and goes the extra mile to ensure you get the right bike and the fit is correct. The service department is also excellent. Brandon is always attentive and takes me seriously when I have problem.

Came in for a bike fit with John and couldn't have asked for a better experience. He is definitely on top of his game and the new shop setup was great as well. Customer service was evident from the time I walked in the door and it was seen/ felt until the time I left. Great folks who care about their clients make a huge difference. I will definitely be back
