Grant always does a fantastic job and never makes me feel stupid if I ask basic questions. He’s been able to help me out with everything I need and he makes professional recommendations too. The best part about this team is they don’t give you the “cool guy” vibe that scares most beginners off. They are very welcoming and easy to work with. I’d recommend this location to anyone that rides a bike. Also the new location is beautiful and has a nice open floor plan.

I purchased an Aventon Aventure 2 Step Over from Charlie Fountain. Being my first electric bike, I had many questions. Don't need to say anything about the bikes, they're Treks and are good. But, at the Gadsden store, the service was exceptional. Daniel made me feel comfortable, presented all my options without "pushing" anything, and was a pleasure to talk to.

Jeremy and the team at Trussville Cahaba Cycles helped me recently with a new bike purchase. I had a lot of special requests and particular things that I wanted to see to make it my dream bike. They didn't once say we can't do that or that's too much even though I know I was asking a lot from them. It came out perfect and I couldn't have had a better experience! They gave me the right advice and kept me informed every step of the way. The service and and overall attitude of the staff is amazing and they want to help you anyway they can. They did the same with my last bike and so when I knew when i was ready to step up to a nicer model they would take care of me. I've always had great experiences and will always use Cahaba for all my bike purchases!

Love the two bikes I purchased from there, person in charge was very helpful in helping me pick out the ones that were just right for us. They were very knowledgeable and good to deal with.I have recommended them to several people. If I ever need another bike, I will shop there.
