Jeremy has always been very helpful to my son and me. The mechanics always do whatever we request right the first time, may it be bleeding brakes to replacing broken spokes and ensuring wheels are true. The service rates are very reasonable and completed expeditiously. What more could I ask for. Thank you.
Took time to find out what my individual goals were. Explained me the science behind each bicycle and help me understand why the one I got was the right one for me.

Everything was explained thoroughly while shopping for my e-bike. Joe at Cahaba Cycles was very patient and took the time to explain difference in models that would fit our needs. We almost purchased a different brand off Amazon, but after talking to Joe and seeing the models in store, we decided on purchasing the Aventon brand.
