listen to your customer when they tell you what the problem is with the bike. Also, Don't tell the customer you will call them when you don't.

These guys were so helpful. I am brand new to the sport and they set me up for success and were extremely welcoming to a complete newb. I had my first long ride today and was able to incorporate a lot of the tips and tricks that they provided because they took more of an interest in me as a person versus treating me like just another customer.
