I was most impressed with my sales person Joe Dice. He was so easy to work with and immediately found the exact bike I wanted, got all the accessories I needed and made the transaction so enjoyable. He’s very knowledgeable and explained all the features to me. The entire staff seems ready to help and I’ll look forward to going back for service.

Knowledgeable staff, I just wish some were more courteous or customer service focused. The work seems well done though.
When I got home I noticed that the new inner tube I purchased for my front tire did not have a valve stem cover. I think this is one of the most basic items that should not be forgotten and demonstrates very clearly a level of attention to detail that was not be present when performing work. I expected more than this from a professional bike shop.
