Daniel is the best! He’s always very helpful and makes doing business there a pleasant experience. I’ve attempted to do business at other cycling shops and most of their employees are disinterested or condescending if you ask questions about their products. Daniel has always been enthusiastic about helping us make the best decisions.
Brought an older Mtn Bike in for brake work. The Shimano-equivalent parts were in stock and bike was ready early. Good service and reasonable pricing.

I recently purchased a demo Santa Cruz Vala e-mountain bike from Cahaba Cycles and had it shipped to me in NC. I first spoke with Deason at the Oak Mountain location, who was very helpful and answered my initial questions. The bike was then transferred to the Cahaba Heights location, where I worked with Gene over phone and text—he was great to deal with—and I also had a nice conversation with Virginia. The team confirmed warranty coverage, sent extra photos and a video of the bike, and packed it professionally for shipping within two days. FedEx delivery was smooth, and post-purchase support has been excellent—they even tracked down manuals and documents for me. Even though they’re not local to me, I’ll continue using Cahaba Cycles for OEM parts and support. Highly recommend!
Everybody in the store was real pleasant. Chris was great to understand my problem and work on my bike get everything taken care of move in a timely fashion. Great service will be using them again as always have.

I brought in bike I was having "refurbished". All personnel were helpful and knowledgeable and the bike was worked on and delivered in great shape within 48 hours. Very happy with the results

Ordered tires on Wednesday. Today is Saturday and the USPS tracking says these guys still haven't taken the stuff to get shipped. I'm trying hard to not use Amazon, but I'd be in my third day of new tires had I ordered from there. Instead I'm left wondering when these guys will get around to dropping my stuff off at the post office. I'm willing to make the sacrifice of post office shipping vs next day Amazon, but not so much if you can't get something I order on Wednesday to the post office before the weekend. Will not be using again.

I ask for them to fix my breaks but they still squeal very loud. I can not go back to the Gadsden location. I paid over $232 and got a very poor repair. If you want to make it right ask your best Birmingham location to fix the breaks on my Rambo Roamer e-bike correctly.

The beauty of MTB community is shops like this one. I came in from out of town and had a great experience here. I needed a very random piece of hardware and these folks essentially swapped off a bike and ordered another set so I could ride. I of course paid for the new order, but man how cool is that. They then proceeded to give me every good (and the so-so trails) trail within an hour drive. If you are ever close or in the area check them out you will be glad you did.
