Purchased an ebike yesterday, have not used, therefore unable to verify the bikes performance. However, i can recommend Cahaba Cycle and the staff. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
The thing I appreciate the most is the team that works there. Going in everyone knows you and wants to help. Some times you just get to cut up and talk bikes with them and it just has a very friendly atmosphere. It never feels like a chore to go visit and it's something I look forward to. The first time I took my wife there she remarked on how comfortable she felt there as a new cyclist and how good the team made her feel. The store is very nice, the bikes are amazing, but its is the team that turns a visit to Cahaba Homewood from a visit to a first class experience. I appreciate them answering all my questions and making sure that all of my bikes are kept in pristine order. This is the only place I'd go in Birmingham for all my bike needs!

The store had a small restaurant area. And because of the openness, it was very loud.
My salesman was very nice. But I didn’t get the sales tag and I don’t know if I get any free visitors, felt like I was li liking paperwork.

Went in for some parts to fix up a Trek6000 I bought from you guys Oct 1999. Both guys in the shop were great. Don’t catch his name but the guy that helped me was in the back doing repairs. He was very helpful and wished me luck in my project. Going to need to get cables replaced. After a great interaction in the store I am going to bring it in to be taken care of by you guys! It’s been 25 years since I have been a customer but look forward to many return trips in the future!
