Very knowledgable, great service
My son and I brought his bike there to have them look at the rear tire. I don’t know very much about bikes. Chris in service was incredibly helpful and very friendly. I very much appreciated all of his help yesterday.

Service department bikes are repaired in a timely fashion
As soon as I got on bike the brakes went out I took it there and ask to fix brakes they put new cables on so they said then told me that the calipers we’re getting bad why didn’t they replace calipers then said that I needed to switch from mechanical to hydraulic brakes why didn’t they call me and say that’s what I needed but no they put new cables on knowing it wasn’t going to work they even told me it wasn’t going to last I feel like I was robbed for 95bucks cause they did that knowing it wasn’t going to last it was a waste of money cause they didn’t call me and say this wasn’t going to work I could have put 95 to replacing brakes instead of wasting money on cables that didn’t last a 5min
