Everyone exceeded my expectations! They were very friendly, making me feel welcome. Chris T. and Chris S. and John went above and beyond making sure that my bikes were fine tuned and ride ready before leaving the shop.

Professional and quick
Andrew sold me the bike last year and took care of annual maintenance for me this year. Always friendly and helpful. Kenny also helped me with the simple task of loading up my bike and suggesting a new way to sure up my wheel from turning too much. It's the little things that set you guys apart. Well done!
We bought our E-bikes from Chris at Cahaba Cycle in Trussville months ago but we needed a better way to haul them around so I went and met with Chris again to see what Bike Rack would be the easiest for us to use.
He demonstrated several and gave me details on each so I could make the right purchase.
I went again the next day to pick it up and even brought one of our bikes with me.
Chris put the Rack on the truck and showed me how to mount each bike so that it would stay safe and secure!
He did an AWESOME job!!

Cahaba Cycles does great work! I've had my bike tuned up twice there and both times were wonderful experiences. All work was discussed with me beforehand. I was very happy with the results. I don't live locally but I have my bike worked on when I'm in the area.
