Quick and responsive service
They were easy to deal with and got everything done in a timely fashion with no surprises.
Needed a wheel trued. Was expecting to have to drop it off. They worked me in and I was able to ride the next morning.

I have been to several bicycle shops during my life. Some of the store employees were nice and some just acted like you were a bother to them for interrupting their quiet time.
When I walked into Cahaba Cycles at Oak Mountain I was greeted by Deason who was very helpful in deciding what I was looking for and how it was going to be used. I asked about building a bike to my specifications to which he seemed very interested in trying to help me.
I left feeling better about my idea than any other bike shop had made me feel.
I am still in the process of researching all my option for the bike I want but I will contact season as soon as I have everything together.

Cahaba Cycle, in Cahaba Heights is great. Virginia was so helpful. I appreciate the attention to detail. And the care they take with my bike.
Bought a new saddle one day. Brought it back another and they sawed my pole put on the saddle, moved my reflector to the oposite side, installed my phone holder, and filled my tires with air so I could test drive, for free!
