How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The cost in my view was higher than the cost for the service.

What could we do to improve?

We had a good experience with our bicycle being fixed. My son had some trouble getting the gears to run smoothly when we got the bike back, but that seems to have resolved itself. The shop owner was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed our conversations. We were able to ask him questions and he answered them adequately with ease. I’m not sure if the brakes were looked at or adjusted as we had originally discussed, but they seem to be working alright.

Just purchased 2 Aventon e-bikes. Customer service was understanding of our needs and fitted us with the perfect bikes. Taking them on our first ride, we knew they had make the right choice for us. Two thumbs up to Cahaba Cycles!

Cahaba cycles has been great to me. My tire repair yesterday was only 10$. My bike has held up great other than the quick tire repair!

Daniel is one of the best mechanics I’ve used (skill and personality). I live in Auburn AL and will drive 2.5 hours to have my entire family’s bikes serviced at Cahaba in Gadsden from here on.

The guy that actually helped us fix our bike was awesome and incredible.

There is a young guy there that sounds like he's stoned 100% of the time and its super annoying. He's super unhelpful and clueless.

Also we checked out with an old guy who was super slow and that was equally annoying.
