Very attentive and helpful staff. I was greeted immediately upon entering and helped extensively by two staff members that really made me feel welcome and wanted to ensure I got the right product for my situation. They even installed the bike rack on my truck for me.

I think the staff is the best part of this cahaba cycle. All of the staff work really hard to get my bike repaired. Especially Jeremy and Austin. They also have helped tremendously in getting my bike set up and fixed up to fit me.
Your team needs to be 100% informed and when they are not absolutely sure, find the answer. This past spring, I needed the fork and shock on my bike serviced. The fork is a RockShox and the rear shock is also Rockshox. I had the serial numbers and model number of both. I talked to team members in two different Cahaba Cycle locations about servicing them. Neither one could give me a definite answer as to whether they could be done in house or had to be sent out. I offered that I had all numbers, but they still could not tell me. One said you would probably send them out and the other store said you might could do in in house.
I posted this on Facebook, without naming Cahaba Cycles. A shop in Anniston, Alabama. sent me a private message and said that if I would send him the serial numbers, he could get the parts and do the service in 24 hours after he had parts.

I went to several bicycle shops in Birmingham asking questions, etc. about a bike I was going to buy for my husband for his birthday. Jon was the most helpful, friendly person I dealt with and he sold me on buying from Cahaba Cycles!!
