You had a good variety of bikes in different price ranges that's affordable for someone who rides a bike a couple two or three times a year. Mitchell was absolutely a great sales person. He understood how often we may ride and showed us several options of bikes and bike racks. Although we did buy a bike rack online he did tell us the better options. Mitchell was patient with this old lady explaining the shifting of gears and the bike itself.
We needed a bike for our son. He had outgrown his balance bike and we needed advice on which bike would be best for him. We got expert advice and found a bike that was perfect for him. He was able to start pedaling as soon as we got home.

Cahaba bikes did a fantastic job with replacing the tires and rewrapping the tape on the handlebars. Daniel was amazing with his communication with me (I live in Georgia). I really appreciate the work that they did. I had a great ride this morning!!

I busted my SRAM GX derailleur on Coldwater Mountain Sunday morning. I went by the Oak Mountain store and the team set me up with a AXS GX derailleur that was on sale in short order. In a matter of 20 minutes I was back in business. A great example of dedication to customer service and a willingness to get the job done.

I recently had some work done on my Santa Cruz on Hightower which took a couple days. Jeremy let me test ride a Trek Slash during this time. He didn't have to that and I really appreciated it. The repair work was completed in a timely manner and have no issues with it. Bad thing was I really liked the Slash and ended up buying one. The buying experience was very positive and I highly recommend Jeremy, Emily, and his whole team.
I’ve been to both the Pelham and Homewood stores and the staff has been friendly, helpful and very personable.
Good guys and knowledgeable. A little frustrating that there was miscommunication between employees...had one employee tell me my bike was ready, but just waiting on my H2 tires to come in from FedEx...the next day, had another employee tell me that my tune up had not been done because your policy was to put new tires on first before doing tune-up.
When I left the store, I made a poor assumption that tires were right and good to go...I did not check air pressure. I went riding the following morning and could tell it was much too soft. I check air pressure and both were at 40psi....I need about 90psi for smooth, efficient ride.
I'm a new customer and found the staff to be courteous, helpful, and informative when purchasing or even when returning a product.
