Service was done ahead of schedule and the staff were very informative.
I stopped in with a flat tubeless on a Sunday morning. Was helped to add the seal and correct pressure to both tires. I was on the trails within 30 minutes. Very much appreciated the great service!

Good sellection of bikes. Employees are not pushy. They have 6 locations in Birmingham. I like that because I take my bike all over to ride and see new areas.
I have been riding since I was 4 years old. I am 69, I own 3 e-bikes ( fat tire, cruiser, full suspension (just purchased this week (Trek).I also have a road bike that I have had for 23 year, I keep fresh tires on it, but have not been riding it as much since I moved to Birmingham. Trying to improve my endurance on the hils.

The team at the cahaba cycles store in Trussville always exceeds my expectations. Everyone is always friendly and seems excited to be there. They completed my service and tire install way faster than I expected. I always enjoy stopping in there and as long as I live in Birmingham it First name removed be the only place I'll buy a bike.

I visited the Oak Mountain store 3 weekends in a row to get parts for a project I am working on. Each time the person helping me took the time to talk me through what I needed and gave me advice on how to approach the task. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I wasn’t there buying a bicycle, but I was treated just like I was there to purchase a $6,000 bike.
The bike looks like new, the chain and tire rubbing noise is gone; however, gear 8 slipping and pedal snap back still happening.
Correction of gear 8 was the main reason for the maintenance check. It will be nice to ride without having my ankle jammed.

I'll be bringing my bike back today for more service- I don't think it was fixed correctly. A minor final QC check after the repair in the shop should have caught it.

I brought my bike in they said they will have it done and in no time I got a message saying to come pick it up they were very friendly and they communicated nicely.
