This was my first time dealing with Cahaba Cycles - Homewood. Very professional and courteous. I was there to get two Trek bikes serviced and they walked me through the process. Top notch experience.
Customer service was great. The young gentleman was informative, and had a quick turn around on my bike repairs.
I went in to have adjustments done to my Schwinn bicycle and felt very pressured by a saleswoman to return the Schwinn to where o purchased it and buy a Trek from her. Ultimately I decided to get the adjustments done and was satisfied with the results. I didn’t appreciate the high pressure sales tactics from “The Shark” as the saleswoman is known.
