Great service, and selection. When ordering a jersey, they seemed to have stock when others did not, and yet they still offered the reduced price. The only comment I would make is that shipping could be faster. This was a very minor issue as the quality of the product was worth the wait.
I love the quality of the Trek bikes and accessories. Service at Cahaba has been fantastic.

Service was top notch! Your service department set realistic expectations for when the work would be completed and had the job done sooner than expected. They took the time to educate me on what it took to fix the bike and tested it in front of me when I came to pick it up. They even shared some information on local bike rides and resources in the area. The efforts they took have me considering a new purchase with Cahaba Cycles as I’d like to upgrade in the future.

Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff....
It was $10 to move a single gear from one wheel to a new one. Took maybe 2 minutes to do the work. Seems like a steep price for that kind of work. Something so easy and quick should be a couple of dollars or complimentary.

I had broken a couple spokes and, although they didn't have the specific replacement, the mechanic at the Cahaba Heights location took the time to cut and thread me a few to fit. And Virginia kept me entertained while I waited and tried to take more of my money by trying to get me to test ride a new bike!
