Everyone in the store was helpful and nice. The items I needed were available and quickly found. The gentleman at the desk even gave me a few cable ends to use for the new cable I purchased.
Several years ago I had a very poor experience at the store that used to be located on highways 119/31. I remember the owner reached out to me personally to apologize. Because of that, I gave Cahaba Cycles another try. I am glad that I did and I have always been treated with respect and everyone is always so helpful and nice.

Service and turnaround time✅
Dropped off my e-bike for a flat tire fix. Opted for the 25 hour overall servicing. This took longer than the week that was suggested and the repairs done required about $45 more than the initial quote - I was not contacted about the extra requirements/charges. When I came to pick up the bike the most glaring thing I noticed was no attempt at all to clean anything on it. Extra money for brake pads and a cable but you couldn’t even wipe it down? I wasn’t looking for a spit shine but I did expect some cleanup. I don’t think that would be too much to expect if I’m paying almost $190 for service.

I forgot to plan ahead to schedule my bike for a tune-up service before a week-long riding trip. Cahaba Cycle worked with me around my limited time schedule & got the work done so that I didn't have to worry about my bike not being ready. I am very grateful!
Grant was great at helping us with some repair work we needed. We live a few hours away, and he let us keep the bike at the shop for an extra week until we could return to Birmingham. We will be using Cahaba Cycles in the future for all our e-bike needs!
The team at cahaba always takes such good care of me. Anything I need they do their best to accommodate and I know when I go in there that I can trust any work I'm having done will be done right. I enjoy going into the Trussville shop and appreciate how well they know their customers and how eager they are to help them. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my biking needs!

The shop is awesomely run. Grant did a great job interfacing with me for some pretty significant work on two bikes. It took some time to get parts in and that is expected—but I always knew what was up and I am very happy with the service I received. Also props to grant since he was always quick to respond to texts.

my wife and i were in the dark on electric bikes but we wanted to try some.Virginia showed us several bikes and we test rode them and found the 2 we liked.also we had to buy some accessories to go with them. all the staff were very helpful.i would highly recommend them to looking to buy a bike.anyone
