Danial did an excellent job. He was very patient and was available for a lot of adjustments for me on multiple bikes. I believe I got the perfect bike for me thanks to him.
Jeremy Austin and Chris make an awesome team! I always look forward to talking with Jeremy, he's so friendly and knowledgeable with the bikes. For a while I was taking my bike in weekly because of my size (6'-6", 260 lbs) being rough on the bike. But Jeremy was able to upgrade my bike reasonably and now it's so much fun riding the rougher trails without as much worry. Austin and Chris are part of the bike mechanic team that does a great job getting my bike repaired in a timely fashion. It's always a good idea to call ahead and talk with Jeremy about when to bring your bike in. Sometimes you can schedule the repair if you are still able to ride it (like a bad dropper post or something). I have to admit the shirts are at a premium, but I ask for them for a birthday or Christmas when people want to spend money on you.
Everything said, this is the ONLY bike shop I will take my bake to (including other Cahaba Cycles). The people there make a huge difference.
