Absolutely amazing! I think the sales guy named was Glen. He was very helpful and very thorough. I’m new yeah at this road biking life and he helped me so much. Very patient and answered all the 5000 questions I asked.

I had a bike fit with J Rob. He took many measurements, and changed several stings on my bike, explaining each decision. He took into account my shorter left arm, and encouraged me to ride for a few weeks and come back in for a recheck.
