Great customer service!
It was corrected but it meant having to return my bike for a 2nd time after the tire I took in to get fixed went flat when I got it home. A bit of a hassle because I don't have a truck and had to put it (the bike) in the hatchback of my car. There were no questions asked when I returned it, so that was good. They also fixed a bent front brake assembly that occurred during the transport back to the store at no charge.
Everytime I have gone in to cahaba cycle, someone has always spoken to me and been very helpful too.
Never had a bad experience with them and would recommend to anyone.
