Knowledgeable and friendly staff that doesn’t upsell a beginner.
I purchased an E-Trike that needed some assembly. I dropped it off at Cahaba Cycle in Trussville and I was able to pick up within 2 days. Glad they saved me the time and hassle! I was quoted $90-130 for assembly, but when I picked it up it was $150. I guess it was more complicated than I anticipated. However, I do highly recommend them!
Forget the products and services, I love the people! Great communicators, even better personalities and tremendous knowledge!
They take the best care of my bike, and are always so nice and helpful with everything.
Timely and helpful response from staff
The staff was very attentive and friendly. I went in thinking I’d have to leave my bike for the weekend, but they had me diagnosed and out the door within 30 minutes. I just moved to Bham from ATL, super happy to have found such a great shop so soon.

Really like my Trek the Marlin 7 especially with the new tires, chain and gear cassette. Hard to believe I wore those out in 2 years and 7 months. No wonder the chain slipped sometimes. I put 20 miles on it after I picked it. Rode great. Also glad to get the lower air pressure tip to get better shock absorption and traction. And to change my chain about once a year based on my riding.
