It's always a nice and friendly atmosphere. I enjoy cycling with some of the crew there and it's equally enjoyable to hang out with them in the shop. Everyone is helpful. And when my bike was serviced there Chris Smith was always communicating with me and always had a great attitude. Plus he was super knowledgeable about my issue and took time to educate me on what the problem was. Always appreciate you guys!

Really thought the staff lacked friendliness. Even during payment, I stood there awkwardly for a minute and asked if we were good (as in, did the payment go through) he said yes and then I just grabbed my stuff and left. No other words were spoke. I was just buying gels but to not even say thank you or something along those lines makes me not want to support cahaba, even for gels. This is not the first time I’ve had this lack of welcoming at the oak mountain location.
The thing I like about the service mainly comes from building a relationship with the employees there. They're all very knowledgeable and friendly people, and when you come to them for our bike needs, they will give you they're all to help you out which makes going into the shop feel more like visiting a group of friends.

Staff at the store were super helpful as I came in with a tire puncture the evening before a race. Being from out of town and less than 2 hours before most places close, Kenny was helpful in getting me squared away and also teaching me a thing or two. Great staff!
Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The repairs were completed on time and at the quoted price. All around great experience.
Fair price, responsive communication, speedy delivery
Jeremy had two bikes brought to the shop so I could try them both out. He went through the differences of each bike. He didn’t try to sway me either way. He was honest and helped me out with finding the other things I needed (pedals, shoes, helmet, etc). I ended up getting a bike I liked that fit me that was within my price range based on the experience I have right now after not riding a mountain bike since my early 20s (I’m 52 now). I am 6’4” and he also helped with getting wider bars and a seat post that sits back a little farther. Chloe and Jeremy did a fantastic job of getting my bike ready for me. I love it and I am excited and ready to get to riding here in Alabama.
