I was very disappointed to have an email from Trek to fill out a warranty card and then be charged $29 for my bike tire. This has gone flat 10-15 times since I’ve owned it in 2 years. I may ride twice a month and there is no way I am getting this many flats on my own.

I took my son's BMX bike to CC this week. It had been restored three years ago but a person with a spray paint gun sprayed it lightly all over with brown paint
My reason for bring it in was to see if the brown paint could possibly be removed from the white bicycle. I was told that your "wash" was good and could possibly improve the look
It needed two tubes, a chain and was given a safety check. When I picked it up last Wed it looked exactly the same as when I left it. I was very disappointed and amazed that that trip to CC was $150.00
I took my no name unbranded electric mountain bike to Cahaba Cycles for derailleur adjustments. They were quick and inexpensive. Best $40.00 spent to have my bike shifting better than when it was brand new. Thanks Cahaba Cycles. Will be back again.

I Called Cahaba cycles yesterday cause I was having problems seating the tubeless tires on my gravel bike, your staff said just bring in a tires and they would help me. I drove to The store across from Oak Mountain amphitheater, and the young man working the checkout counter stopped what he was doing, and went in the back and put my tires on the rims in a very short time, I will return to the store in the future and recommend it to my friends.
