Friendly, easy
All the staff were super helpful and friendly, they listened to what I was looking for very carefully and took the time to explain the pros and cons of bikes down to specific models. They would even listen to me without judgement when I would tell them my budget and were very encouraging. Everyone was also knowledgeable and you could tell they truly cared about bikes and the people they were helping.

The guys at Cahaba Cycles know bicycles.They listen to the customer and then apply their vast wisdom for what is not only wanted wanted and needed by the customer. I have a tandem bike, which is unlike a regular bike. The three(3) Chris’s understand this and know exactly how my tandem bike is different from a regular bike. I took my bike on dirty after not being used for several years. The bike I picked up looks totally brand new! I highly recommend Cahaba Cycles!

Always willing to explain technical bike concepts. Have been a customer since 1980 and never had a bad experience.
I brought my grandson to the Homewood store to shop for a new bicycle for Christmas, as he had outgrown his current bike. A very friendly young shop employee, Charlie, came over to greet us, talk with us, and quickly engage my grandson in conversation. After determining why we were there and in general what we were looking for, Charlie showed us several bike options in the appropriate size. He took lots of time adjusting the bikes to fit and explaining/demonstrating to the boy how the gearing worked, as my grandson had never ridden a multi-geared bike before. He took several test rides outside the shop on a couple of possible models, looking comfortable with the new size and quickly picking up the concept of shifting gears. Overall, the visit was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. And, yes, we did buy one of the bikes, and my grandson is eagerly awaiting Christmas.
