Friendly staff
The service was fantastic. The whole process was super easy. The bike was ok. I just wish y’all offered a FS e-bike. 3 days of riding a hardtail was rough on the body. Hopefully y’all can add smalls to your rental lineup soon :)
No matter what store you walk into, you always get greeted with the same friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend anyone to Cahaba Cycles. They’re fantastic.

Very personalized service. Charlie was exceptionally helpful in getting our 9 year old grandson started on a new bike (never ridden a bike before). He adjusted the bike for fit and then guided him on several trips up and down their sidewalk, explaining bicycle riding basics. Charlie was extremely positive, which helped alleviate our grandson's anxiety. With a few home lessons on our driveway, he has become very comfortable riding and can't wait to get home from school so he can ride. It is because of this experience that I returned and purchased a full suspension mountain bike for myself. Great service and a great staff!!

Excellent service from the beginning with booking, awesome service when I arrived at the store, they adjusted the bike to make it comfortable for my size. I had not even 24 hours to explore, but I really enjoyed my day doing it, brand new bike TREK MADONE, top 🔝 . I cycled 57 miles, explored Oak Mountain Park and the surrounding area. Very helpful people
Staff at the Homewood shop were very helpful identifying a solution for a dead battery on an electric bike brand they did not carry. This also led to a fitting session with John Karrasch for my bike which was thorough and very helpful. Have always had good service from all Cahaba Cycle shops !
