Referred a friend for MTB headset adjustment. The Pelham shop attempted to disassemble the shock and in doing so damaged the frame. You go in with a repair request and you leave with a damaged carbon frame with no plan. I was embarrassed. Mechanic experience isn’t what it used to be.
The service is second to none. The mechanic is helpful, knowledgeable and very responsive to my needs.

Deason did an excellent job of solving my problem. He recommended that I buy an adjustable stem and moved my seat post for a much better fit. Also, he showed me a feature on my Trek that I wasn’t aware of. I could not be happier with the results!

Invest in establishments that would benefit the youth as well as older adults. The city has an amazing river that it can't keep clean for anyone to really enjoy it. Advise citizens to help keep the area clean.

It was easy to shop and order online long-distance. Good communication from the seller, competitive pricing, and a fairly quick shipping time. The bike was well packaged and arrived in overall good condition. The only issue was a bent front axle thru-spindle due to shipping. I was able to bend it straight enough to install the front wheel, so all was good.
Cahaba Cycles has ALWAYS gone beyond all expectations to get the very best price on the bikes that me and my partner have bought from them. Over the years we have purchased six which include both road and mountain bikes. In a few cases there have been warranty issues and their team resolved them in a favorable manner to our benefit. Their techs provide excellent service. Their salespeople have always been accommodating. As women riders we prefer getting the input of a female that has experience with all types of bikes.
