Excelent service
I reside in S. Florida and was in the market for a Trek 9.7 Exe Mountain bike when I noted via Internet Cahaba Cycles had one in stock at a great price. I spoke to Andrew at the Oak Mountain Store who was extremely informative and polite. Andrew sent a few photos of the bike and confirmed it's size. I purchased the bike and asked Andrew to please wrap & pack the bike with extra stuffing. Communication from the store regarding the shipping of my bike was second to none. When I received the bike in it's original box I noted it was packed beautifully. Not a scratch on it! I called Andrew back and thanked him for the packing and the entire transaction which went smoothly. There was an issue with late shipping with the pedals, but they were on top of it. Subsequently, they gave me a refund due to the late shipment and they even gave me the pedals for free! Never been to any of their stores, but they were very professional straight forward company. The next time I'm in the market to buy a bike or any product I would not hesitate to buy from them. By the way I could not find this bike for less anywhere! I love my 9.7 Exe Bike! I went in to buy a new bicycle pump and the gentlemen who sold it to me took the time to show me how to use on different kinds of wheels. He then showed me various types of bikes that I may be interested buying. He knew everything about them. At checkout the other person there took the time to say Hi to me as well. As I was leaving I thought how nice an experience this was. This is something that has been lost everywhere else I go. I would rate my experience at Cahaba Cycles as a ten and something that all businesses should aspire to.

Cahaba Cycles - Homewood has the best team ever. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and as someone who hasn't been on a bike in 10 years, I did not feel like a fish out of water, and I also was able to leave there knowing that I had a bike that fit me. 10/10 would recommend!
