I was riding trails near by and my chain broke. Loaded the bike and dropped by. They fixed me up and I was back on the trails in less than 30mins. They saved my day of fun. Thanks again

Invest in establishments that would benefit the youth as well as older adults. The city has an amazing river that it can't keep clean for anyone to really enjoy it. Advise citizens to help keep the area clean.

It was easy to shop and order online long-distance. Good communication from the seller, competitive pricing, and a fairly quick shipping time. The bike was well packaged and arrived in overall good condition. The only issue was a bent front axle thru-spindle due to shipping. I was able to bend it straight enough to install the front wheel, so all was good.
Cahaba Cycles has ALWAYS gone beyond all expectations to get the very best price on the bikes that me and my partner have bought from them. Over the years we have purchased six which include both road and mountain bikes. In a few cases there have been warranty issues and their team resolved them in a favorable manner to our benefit. Their techs provide excellent service. Their salespeople have always been accommodating. As women riders we prefer getting the input of a female that has experience with all types of bikes. Her expertise comes from the fact she not only stays informed of the makes and models but she herself is a rider. This person is Virginia Powell. Whether you are a male or female looking to purchase I highly recommend that you seek her out to get the bike you want and one that best fits your needs.

Customer service was great, store was clean, and the employee who I think his name is Brian was very helpful. The only reason I rated Cahaba Cycles 9 and not 10 is because the products are a little pricy, but I also understand that the quality of their products is very good.
Iām new to cycling and had a great experience at Cahaba Cycles! Charlie was very helpful and patient with all of my questions and helping me get all the gear I needed in my budget. I will be coming back to Cahaba for all my cycling needs!

This Oak Mountain location was quick, courteous, and very helpful. I almost rated lower because, as a company, I'm kind of hit and miss with Cahaba Cycles (had bad service at another location several years ago), but I don't think that's fair to do since, in this instance, Oak Mountain did great!
Second time in the shop, purchase electrolyte and a pair of socks. Shop personnel were very nice and knowledgeable.
