The availability of the products I needed was very important. More crucial however was the level of engagement from company representatives I received when questions about my order arose. The follow up was impressive. The representative was very helpful and gave me some great advice regarding future purchases. I'll definitely be back!

Bought my first Trek from Malke in Cahaba Heights decades ago. Here's the test they always pass. His people always know exactly what to do AND they want to do it. John, at Oak Mountain location, could not have been nicer. Fixed my brakes on the spot. I thought I needed new pads but he said they just needed adjustment and proved it. I would never go anywhere else. Trust is the key word.Thank you, David Cade

The staff at Cahaba Cycles have always been very friendly and helpful in all situations and at all the locations. The Pelham location is super handy to our riding at Oak Mountain also, and an exceptionally great bunch of folks. Super friendly and helpful. High quality bikes and equipment, and first rate and very reasonably priced service work too. Kudos to a well run operation!

Fantastic customer service. New to the world of cycling, the folks working there were very patient with me and answered all my questions. I recently had service on my Enve Fray (work order numberPhone number removedPhone number removed5).
There’s some very loud creaking when rising out of the saddle. I brought the bike in without pedals because I needed them for another bike, but I recommended the mechanic put pedals on and try it out to help diagnose it. I thought it might be the headset but wasn’t sure.
Do you know if the bike was test ridden after the service? I just rode the bike and I’m getting the exact same creaking noise.
I live in Montgomery and was really hoping to have the issue resolved, so I was hoping to have a thorough diagnostic done to figure out the issue so I don’t have to make additional trips.
Also, a different Cahaba location installed my rear tire on backwards so I had to have them fix it this time.
I had an amazing experience while shopping for my new gravel bike. The staff was incredibly helpful, guiding me to find the perfect bike. I never felt pressured to make a purchase that day, yet I left with a new bike and all the accessories. Highly recommend!

Staff and service were great! The y helped me by completing the install of a foam insert on my wheel/tire.
I have not received any emails with my order information and tracking information. A person did call to verify my address and credit card information because my billing address was different than my delivery address.
