They have everything that I need with great prices and service. It’s a pleasure working with these guys at Cahaba Cycles!
Friendly service and did a great job servicing our bike! It's like new!
Your response to my concerns were immediate. I was very pleased with the service.
Great service and quick turnaround. Ben was extremely helpful.
Steven was very gracious to extend the store hour so I could make it to pickup my bike after repairs and that is greatly appreciated!! Bike repairs, fit and finish were perfect. Thanks!
Very nice bike shop with extremely knowledgeable staff.
Great service every time we stop at the Oak Mountain store. I broke a spoke while on vacation and a different shop said it would be three days before they could get to me. This shop had
me in and out in three hours!!!
👍
Great prices online through SHOP was able to get my wife a brand new Trek bike that was on clearance but brand new in the box you can’t beat that kind deal!! We will be back to purchase more!!!
Jon was a pleasure to work with. Cahaba Cycles Homewood is always a fun place to visit.
The gentleman who helped me pick out a helmet was very helpful.
Knowledgeable cycling folk.
Your staff is the best! I had a problem develop during a ride yesterday afternoon (March 7) and thought I would try to drop bike off to get in line for repair. Chris diagnosed the problem and was able to repair while I waited and (I might add) shopped for a new helmet. After about half an hour, fixed bike and new helmet were back on the road.
Great store
Excellent services
Kind staff
They were very efficient and helpful!
Very friendly and helpful. I have been to both the Homewood and Trussville locations. The store associates are not snobs or judgmental like a lot of bike shops.
Good prices and fast shipping.
Always appreciate how professional and helpful Andrew and the guys are...I came in mid-ride to fix a rear flat, and was in/out in 20 minutes, and was able to finish my ride before sunset. Appreciate you all, thanks for all you do for me and my bikes and for our greater cycling community, First name removed.
Beautiful store and friendly service
The inventory was limited and it seemed that transferring inventory from another store was the solution. I searched on the web for lights that were in stock, but what I found at the Cahaba heights store was very limited compared to the web.
Always available when I have questions, needs and service. I have been using them for a few years with no complaints.
