Customer service was great, store was clean, and the employee who I think his name is Brian was very helpful. The only reason I rated Cahaba Cycles 9 and not 10 is because the products are a little pricy, but I also understand that the quality of their products is very good.
I’m new to cycling and had a great experience at Cahaba Cycles! Charlie was very helpful and patient with all of my questions and helping me get all the gear I needed in my budget. I will be coming back to Cahaba for all my cycling needs!

This Oak Mountain location was quick, courteous, and very helpful. I almost rated lower because, as a company, I'm kind of hit and miss with Cahaba Cycles (had bad service at another location several years ago), but I don't think that's fair to do since, in this instance, Oak Mountain did great!
Second time in the shop, purchase electrolyte and a pair of socks. Shop personnel were very nice and knowledgeable.

I had a great experience purchasing a full suspension mountain bike. I worked with Kenny and he did a great job educating me on what bike I needed for the trails I was looking to do. Kenny was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. I will definitely be coming back by. I will be using Cahaba for any bike accessories or future bike purchases. Everyone at this location is extremely nice and welcoming.
