Poole Trek store staff were amazing from the moment I stepped foot in store, second to none customer service helpful and answered any questions I had. Hosnnest with the type of bike I was after and didn't try to sell me the most expensive bike like most bike retailers would, i did my homework went about multiple big name bike sales stores and tried many bikes before i settled and decided on the bike I finally purchased.
I chose to upgrade my chainring to enable more speed while keeping the gearing which they helped out and price matched parts in which I additionally purchased. When my bike arrived I booked an appointment to collect and have the adjustments made for me and even when I needed to take the seat off after the came and assisted to allow me to know exactly where to place my seat once I got home.
I could not ask for a better team extremly helpful, polite and if I was to buy another bike Poole Trek store would most definately be the place I would go to acquire all my bikes moving forward smooth and easy process from start to finish.

Amazing price , incredible delivery , super customer service , could not fault them if I tried , order Tuesday was delivered Thursday morning. Awesome bike , fully assembled , all you have to do is straighten the handle bars and screw in the pedals. Most other places always have much more assembly required. Personalised instructions provided by supplier , just super work and attention to detail. Have already recommended to friends.

Friendly, knowledgeable and approachable team. Very helpful during my bike fit. Talked through my options and set up and answered all my questions in a simple and easy to understand way. Non pushy approach and worked with me to get what was best for me with my budget. Everything was explained and suggestions made for future progression. They couldn’t bhave been more helpful. Even had a cuppa and cake while I waited. Fantastic service all round. Thanks to all staff that made me feel welcome.
Non bike related but I need to mention the amazing artwork on sale!!! Definitely worth a look.
