Absolutely brilliant service from my first phone call enquiring about a specific bike which was hard to find around the country.
The salesman I spoke with couldn't help more. Listened to all the questions I had and provided the answers needed to support the sale.
Being 200 miles away, Wheelbase were able to take a bike from the shop floor and pack it perfectly into a unique bike box whereby the handlebars remained in place. The bike arrived in perfect condition, no marks from being on the shop floor or from having been repacked. The bike also arrived within 2 days, having ordered at 3pm Monday, it was with me Wednesday morning. Excellent service and product!
