The Cycle Centre is a godsend for anyone riding an e-bike with a TQ motor as they are one of a very few places who can run diagnostics and rectify faults. They took little time to diagnose the issue I had with my battery not holding a charge and the fault was sorted and the bike is now running as it should. Also on a test ride by the mechanic he found that the headset was loose and put that right so top marks for service.
Great sale value helmet- wasn’t in stock at the branch I was speaking to- ordered it anyway- arrived the next day- great service and price for a quality product.
Excellent service from the team at C&N - new power pedals fitted, incl change to cleats. Great price and wonderful aftercare for fitting and alignment.

My appointment was with Mark Winch to check my seating position for my bike as I was having painful issues on my Perineal. What service, the saddle adjustment was successful but not only that I was videoed riding the bike and Mark came up with an issue that needed attention and fixing before I could feel fully comfortable on my rides. Mark adjusted my pedal by replacing my standard on to a metal pedal, then made a strap for that pedal (left leg only). Further adjustment would be needed and a future appointment was made.
The appointment was charged and it probably was the best money spent.

Proper bikes provide a good friendly service.
They are always ready to explain things and hwat you are getting in a bike serive for example.
Thye are good at advising on what bikes to purchase and any new parts you need.
I like that the people you deal with are cyclists themselves and have an understanding of what I'm after based on what is best for me.
When I've had a problem with my bike they often go out of their way to find a solution as if the only priority is getting me back on the bike and cycling again.
