I purchased my trek emonda from a cycle shop I'm Letchworth, however they were taken over by another company. After finding myself a bit stuck with where to take my bike I decided to take it to the trek store in at Albans. This was one of the best decisions I've made as the team are absolutely fantastic, welcoming, knowledgeable and can't do enough for you. We are all on first name terms now after being there quite a bit now as the team look after my bike servicing, reccomeded new tyres which were a game changer and generally just help when I need it. I was so impressed I reccomeded my father to buy his bike from the store which he did and I'll continue to reccomed the team to anyone else asking me for anything to do with bikes.

The guys at this shop were all amazing. They really helped us out by storing a bike bag for me on a recent trip to Ireland, so I could get in some epic rides un encumbered. Special shout out to Chad for just being a cool dude and all the recommendations from the team. Hope to be back some day. Dingle does in fact have good beer.

I took my son's (12) Scott bike in for a service, very polite and helpful. Bike retuned the same day fully operational. Great service and reasonable prices for a service. I sometime get the impression when you go in places like this that unless you are after the best kit your looked down on, if that makes sense. It did not happen here and will definitely use the service centre again. I might even buy a bike for myself....!
