I took my son's (12) Scott bike in for a service, very polite and helpful. Bike retuned the same day fully operational. Great service and reasonable prices for a service. I sometime get the impression when you go in places like this that unless you are after the best kit your looked down on, if that makes sense. It did not happen here and will definitely use the service centre again. I might even buy a bike for myself....!

Staff are knowledgeable and friendly, helpful (bringing bike outside to lift into the car) and professional. The shop has air conditioning, so much nicer for waiting to be served. My repair was done well, with the assurance that I could come back with it for further adjustments if necessary.

Booked my Ebike in for s service. Booking was easy. Was told they would inspect the bike first then decide the level of work needed. They telephoned to inform me of what needed doing and gave a price. Prior to collection I received an email with a detailed breakdown of the work carried out. On collection the staff went over everything again. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. I will definitely use County Cycles again.
