Really pleased with the service from Wheelbase from start to finish, bike was a very competitive price, communication was very good throughout, delivery arrived on the correct day. The bike was all well assembled and packaged so there was no damage.
I followed the tutorial video on the minimal assembly required, handlebars, pedals, front wheel and all sorted with no problems.

Cooksons we're really easy to deal with, I bought the bike via their website but arranged for collection in person.
I emailed the shop asking if I could collect it in a couple of days and they asked me I wanted the boke set up tubeless and if I was OK for pedals as they had a selection I could choose from and buy when I picked the bike up.

Great!! Other than the wait time for a service I was very happy. I understand this time of year is busy for bike stuff. Fixed my son’s rear gears and charged me accordingly which made all the difference. Everything clearly explained.

I have been a loyal follower of Trek bicycles for some years and have owned several Trek Madones whilst i was more active. I now have a lesser Trek FX2 which at 75 years old is good enough for my requirements. Always happy with Trek
