Brought my road bike in to have the bottom bracket replaced. I really appreciated the transparency around pricing, the work required, and the communication throughout. I’d definitely use their services again.
The only downside was the wait for an appointment, which was around two weeks. A shorter turnaround would have been great.
All the staff are so helpful from buying a flap Jack bar to a Bike 🚲 wheels or kit you need I can highly recommend Wheel base 5 ⭐ treatment

They completed a service on my son's bike and went above and beyond putting a new tail light and bell on for him so that he can cycle to school safely. They also added fenders and a new saddle (which I asked for ) but not without confirming the cost before hand with me. Great job, will absolutely use them again as went above and beyond and quick turnaround too.

The staff at Trek MK are really friendly and very helpful, the complimentary service when buying a new bike was very much appreciated as was the discount vouchers which I was able to use in the shop at MK.
The two Powerfly full suspension mountain bikes which I purchased for myself and my wife have been great over the past year and as well as riding them in the UK we’ve taken them to The Netherlands, Germany, Denmark and Norway.

Good communication. Good polite service. Efficient. Sometimes a disappointing delay until an appointment can be accessed but that may be because it's very busy in the summer.
