I recently bought a bicycle for my son here, and the entire experience was a fantastic reminder of why bricks-and-mortar shops are irreplaceable.
From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly informative. They gave genuine, practical advice tailored to what my son actually needed, rather than just trying to upsell us to the most expensive model. They laid out all the options clearly, which made it incredibly easy for me to make a decision—all without a single hint of pushy sales tactics.
It honestly felt like a throwback to the "good old days" of retail, where customer care and expertise came first. Being able to see the bikes, get the right fit, and talk to people who actually know their stuff is something an online store simply cannot replicate. People really should support local shops like this more often.

Was met with great can do service from my first contact. Met as soon as I arrived after a long drive with amazing helpful and in depth advice and help. Nothing was too much trouble.
Some bike shops can be very dismissive and not too great on knowledge - even some of my more local ones that I've been going to for nearly 40 years.
This was definitely one of my best experiences and I will definitely shop more with them now going forward. The only shame is not having a shop more local to me.

Matt and Joe carried out a thorough service of my Trek Domane which I purchased at Cycology 4 years ago. They kept me fully informed of the work that they identified as necessary and patiently and clearly took me through everything that had been carried out when I picked up the bike. I have experienced excellent service from them over 14 years.

I had a complete brake failure, on a bank holiday weekend, and Jim was able to help me order the right part, and somehow managed to replace the break, including integrated cabling in the blink of an eye!!

Booked my road bike in for an annual service on a Thursday. Phoned to ask if I could drop the bike off late the day before - “No problem”. Before I got home that evening had a message from Carl, the mechanic, advising what needed doing. We talked it through despite it being very close to 6pm. Some parts had to be ordered in and was given an estimate of the following week for collection. Two days later (Friday) got a call to say all work completed.
