Just about everything is great when it comes to Saddle Safari,my cycling shop of preference for 16 plus years now. Andy runs a very friendly team of specialists and I have over the years bought many bikes from him. Superb advice, top quality service and I cannot fault them really.
The team are very knowledgeable and whilst we came in with a good idea of the bike my wife wanted.
Jason asked all the right questions to understand what she was really looking for (given I'd bought my bike from them a while back).
Cut to the chase, no hard sell or pressure, but we came away with a different bike that ticked more boxes than we had considered.

Great store with fantastic bikes and accessories but this means nothing without brilliant staff and Dylan & his team just have "it". Always there with a smile and a warm welcome to fix any issue no matter how large or small, along with a coffee, class. Absolutely love this place, so much so that when I'm visiting Manchester I'll often just pop in to say hello. A ridiculously huge range of bikes that simply make your mouth water. I started with a budget in mind and very easily blew that out of the water when temptation got the better of me. The discount offered by Wheelbase made it a no brainer... it felt rude not to take up the offer!!
The whole process was dealt with very professionally by Matt. I was assisted to make sure my choice was suitable for my type of rides, given advice to choose the correct the size and then updated regularly with the progress of my delivery. The bike was received in a suitable large package and the after-sales care was top notch.
