And although I took the bike in for the fault to be rectified it always came out the same . Took the bike to Cycle Technology in Wakefield and they quickly diagnosed and rectified the fault . Awesome staff will definitely be using their services in future. Very reasonable prices too. A very happy satisfied customer.

The bike I hired was a very good quality hybrid, perfect for the cycle tracks and sometimes muddy and bumpy cycle paths ! The gears were smooth change with easy access index gear levers on the handlebars; brakes were well adjusted. The bike lock was excellent to have, mounted on a bracket on the frame. The hiring of the bike was easy online, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful in the shop.
Nick was great from start to finish. He gave me good advice, remained in contact throughout and turned the bike around in short time. Extremely impressed with the range he has in the shop and the knowledge the team had with my chosen model. I had to take a 90 minute journey to the shop a couple of times as they came with a recommendation of a great store to get an Amflow. I’m very pleased I went with the recommendation. Top job Nick ;)
