I like the Mi-Rider series you stock and the sales team do a fantastic job in the Cheltenham branch of looking after you.
The low ratio of instructor to children, ease of booking and the instructor really understood our child and what he needed help with.

The Bike wonderfully serviced, the technician who serviced, Alexandre was amazing, he said he uses the same transmission on his bike and said he could make it faster and more responsive and he did, he did a wonderful job and the bike feels completely like a new one, more fun to ride than it was before, all thanks to Alexandre, overall the store is also full of products and wonderful bikes, I'm looking to buy road bike for me and my wife soon :)

Fabulous session today teaching my daughter how to ride . She went from no balance at all to pedalling ! She still needed support and reassurance and we will be working on the skills for a while but it's got her over the fear that she had and has built great confidence for us to build on . I'd heard good things about these sessions and am now an advocate myself . Thank you Michelle for your fantastic session.
