The staff in Battersea could not have been more helpful. They offered help very promptly after I started browsing, and helped answer questions relating to two products that I ended up buying. I came back into the shop to query something else about the project a few minutes later and they were extremely patient with me in order to reassure me that I definitely had the correct product for my needs.

I spent a day in the workshop learning to service my own bike. Had a great day, learned loads of useful stuff, and was made to feel really welcome. And my bike got serviced at the same time too! What's not to like.
I like the personal service. Staff at big bear have a genuine interest in what riding you’re up to, where you’re riding and what bike you’re currently on.
The range of knowledge and experience across the the staff members is wide which gives a greater level of support.
