Although its a serious high end bike shop, they do carry out services for electric bikes and its very handy for me locally, and thats in spite of the stigma attached to electric bikes from the lycra brigade!
My husband and son were both looking for new bikes and from day one Mike has been extremely helpful. A few test rides and visits later they were both ready. The process was so easy- bought then bikes online then had a phonecall discussing our requirements (we wanted current Matt Jones handlebars keeping as they were a birthday gift) and nothing was too much trouble. One more trip to take the bars, plus select pedals and grips and then a final pick up. Both disappeared out last night to take them for their first run and I could see the grins on their faces as they rode past. Priceless.
