The cycle hub is friendly and the MTB course was excellent. Great idea to have a women only course. The courtyard cafe was efficient and the food was lovely. The online booking service, however, is not fit for purpose.

I’ve serviced all my bikes here regularly. They also accommodate when you turn up with small issues. Usually it gets fixed on the same day if they have capacity.

Everyone in shop were an absolute pleasure to deal with.very knowledgeable and I believe they went above and beyond to make sure I knew everything I needed to know about my new bike and even helped me set up the registration and app so it was ready to go! Would recommend them highly!!

A spoke broke on my rear wheel, so dropped off at the workshop and they managed to repair before the weekend. Very grateful of the quick service but this is because they care and knew I wanted to be back out on my bike on Saturday.

Observations on the R/A/G reports
1-The rear tyre is too big and has been causing wear to the rear stays. ---
The 2.6 tyre is as fitted to the bike from manufacture and supply, I ride in all conditions across a wide variety of surfaces. It is inevitable that the tyres will pick up detritus that will come into contact with the stay arm .
2-The bike came in very clean and we think the customer has been over washing it, a jet wash should never be used-
I clean the bike after virtually every ride and dry off and oil.
A jet wash has never been used on the bike, it is wasted with a bucket and sponge.
I am also aware that you may decline to work on a dirty bike, or charge me, according the bike was fully washed and polished before being submitted for the work
