Like was first class right from the moment we stepped into the shop. He asked questions to determine what might suit us and showed us some different bikes to try. He didn't rush us. When we picked up our purchases. Like took time to explain the bikes and helped us get the app on our phones. He was very patient. Everyone we encountered was polite, helpful and positive. Only had the bikes 2 days but been out twice and I'm delighted with my bike. 10 out of 10 for Wheelbase!

Excellent and knowledgeable staff with a very pleasant manner and extremely helpful. The store has a wide range of products on site and are very willing to order parts/ products in. They offer excellent value for money and provide advice and expertise going above and beyond.The maintenance department is extremely competent and very efficient. This is the best bike shop that I have ever had dealings with in a cycling career extending over 60 years and several counties and countries.
All the staff are super helpful and welcoming and give you great advice that's correct for you. No sales pitches or trying to sell more expensive products. Brilliant shop!
