Great products, fantastic team with amazing customer service. The guys were all awesome, keen to help and spend time with me deciding what bike options would be best for me. Whole team knowledgable and happy to chat bikes and special thanks to Mike. Nothing felt like too much trouble. He spent loads of time with me building the bike and when it arrived ensuring it was set up perfect for me. Will definitely buy again and wish the team well.

Great aftercare with Trek. Alex and the team at St Albans are very knowledable and personable; you feel your custom is valued, they always have time for you regardless of how busy they are and, unlike other cycle stores I know, they don't look down on you or pressurise you into a sale. There's a team vibe that doesn't always exist when i go into cycle stores

I travel some distance to bring my bikes to Bay Cycles for servicing. The reason for this is that I am grateful for the great care and attention given at all times. On this occasion there were several issues of which I was not aware, which could have been potentially dangerous.
Putting these right involved a lot of work to find me the best option. As ever, I trust Bay Cycles for their workmanmship and general professionalism.
Website was easy to navigate - once order was placed communication with store was excellent, they kept me updated until my item was shipped with tracking number.
Bike arrived in perfect condition - packaged excellent for transport. Will definitely recommend Gary's Cycles to friends & family.
