My bike was in for a repair. I was concerned pivot bearings were worn. The shop asked me what approach I wanted them to take towards the repair, as I wanted to bike back sooner rather than later. It was the rear hub bearings that needed changing. Suggested a chain replacement. Automated service notifying me when the bike was ready is good. Turnaround was 3 to 4 days.
Everyone is always very helpful every time I have been in with a variety of problems. Customer service is top notch. Also, this time I bought a bike but I didn't feel under any pressure to buy which makes the shopping experience great.
