The products are obviously of high quality, but they are available from a number of places including of course on-line. The reason I would go to the Trek Store is for the service that accompanies the products. All of the staff I've come across are very knowledgeable about their products and passionate about cycling in general (much more than me), so it's great to hear pros and cons and recommendations from people who know what they are talking about, rather than just on-line reviews from the general public.
Martyn has assisted my on a couple of occasions, and I've been very pleased with his help.

Edwin was amazing in store, they put all the accessories I brought onto my new bike. Ensured I knew how to ride it, charge the shifters up and they even sent over afterwards lots of useful YouTube clips on how to take care of the bike.
