The advice and guidance I received around choosing and buying my first eMTB was excellent, as was the customer service. I spoke to several members of the team and all were knowledgable, friendly, helpful and patient in explaining things. The help I received in deciding the size of bike and patience with me around this was appreciated. The handover of the bike and explanation around what I needed to know was excellent and clear.
