The help I received in deciding the size of bike and patience with me around this was appreciated. The handover of the bike and explanation around what I needed to know was excellent and clear. Excellent service. Took my 'foreign' bike in to get the brakes bled / sorted expecting to leave the bike there for a week or a few days. No, they took it immediately and it was sorted within two hours even thought they looked very busy. Nothing was too much bother and my bike is now fully functional again and riding like a dream. Ben did an exceptionally professional job, sourcing and replacing the required parts to the highest of standards. I'd 100% recommend Nevis Cycles to anyone who has bike issues. They are a very competent, professional, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly team. Well done guys.
