I had my bike repaired in First name removed's recently. I found the service incredibly professional, and the repair itself outstanding. Now, the bike is in better condition than it was when I originally purchased it.
I have bought a number of bikes from Wheelbase over the years. Being a repeat buyer is an indication of how much I trust the firm and the staff who had served me. Luke was excellent, he systematically went through all I needed to know concerning the Cube I wanted to purchase, nothing was too much trouble. He even loaded my new bike into my car for me. Unusually I was able to take the bike home on the same day I first saw it in the warehouse. I phoned the previous day as recommended by the Wheelbase website to discuss the model of emtb that I wanted to buy. Harry who I spoke to said that he would get the Wheelbase workshop to prepare the bike so I could take it home should I want to buy it. This was at the beginning of the October sale, when the workshop must have been at full stretch to complete orders and was something I was extremely grateful to Wheelbase for. When I arrived to look at the Cube was waiting for me as promised, checked and ready to take home.
I was extremely grateful to Luke for the meticulous was he went through all I needed to know once I owned the Cube emtb. It goes without saying that should I want another bike Wheelbase would be my first port of call. I know I got a bargain in the price I paid and in the service I received.

Great service chad was very easy going not trying to hard to sell you a bike which would be a big turn off for me the lad fitting the bike was very polite and friendly too. All adjustments requested prior to purchase were done too

Ordered and paid for the bike, a few emails back and to with Customer care to arrange some extras.
When I arrived the bike wasn’t ready with the extras.
But up stepped JAMES he was fantastic, turned it around and added some good advice. Changed the tyres put on the mudguards built the rack.
He was BRILLIANT, it put me back a few hours as I was cycling back to Kent, so I only got to Glasson dock on my Canal trip.

Just had my Cannondale Topstone Carbon 4 freehub replaced, faulty after 6month light Road use, less than 600mile.
Wheelbase replaced hub taking about 10d, bike ran well today - a lot quieter, thanks.
