After leaving a constructive review about prices of accessories and store parking, I have become aware of the stores price match policy and car space signage that is about to be erected. Can’t really ask for more. Yes the stuff can be pricey, but they will price match and yes it’s hard to park, but the store have taken action to ensure their customers can park. Our bikes always ride so much better after a visit to Trek.

Being limited to internet purchases for so much cycling clothing these days its difficult to know the exact size you need. Fortunately Wheelbase had both the sizes I wanted to try and at a good price.
The delivery was quick, and having decided which size fitted me best I returned the other and received a very quick refund.

I have a lot of confidence in the workshop team to keep my e-mtb in great condition and the work I have had done (either for repairs or maintenance) has been done to a high standard and at a fair price. The prices for different servicing levels is transparent and work is done on time and to suit the customer. It's a great local bike shop.

I phoned to arrange for removal of a tricky bottom bracket, from my very first contact I was treated like a valued customer. The guys in the workshop were great and with a fair bit of sweat and some mild swearing they had the offending bearing removed, and the frame threads tapped and cleaned. They gave me advice on which grease to use in future to avoid the thread sticking again. I would 100% recommend whether you’re buying a bike, components and especially if you need service or repairs.
The trek crew looks after my every need. Always go beyond what i would expect from a person service.

Excellent friendly service. The mechanic checked my bike and gave me a clear breakdown of everything that needed replacing or repairing. It is a very old bike that hadn’t been ridden or maintained properly. But it now rides like new.
