I recently purchased a bike and accessories through the cycle to work scheme. As a newbie to cycling I had lots of questions and the staff at Trek were great, very knowledgeable, and provided clear and helpful guidance. On purchase day the team took time setting up the bike and explaining how all the bits and kit worked.
