Very knowledgeable, friendly team. The shop is beautifully laid out. The bikes are top notch and you get a lot for your money. High end bikes that perform well. Will and Guy couldn't be more accommodating and know their stuff but then they have years of experience and being the oldest bike shop in the World they have the credentials (Guiness World Record verified ) As a female cyclist it can be hard to walk into a bike shop but the team will look after you and are not patronising. Once you own a bike you also become part of the zpearson family being invited to events and rides. Highly recommended

I wanted a gift for my grandson’s birthday and Wheelbase was suggested to me. I was able to purchase the gift card fairly easily, and it was delivered promptly. When I phoned after receiving three e mails, I was treated well by the person who answered my call and he assured me that all was well with my order. The attention was important as I have a hearing problem.
