I can’t recommend Cycle-Ops highly enough. The mechanics are amazing and I’ve had same-day service on more than one occasion, which has been a real lifesaver. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the advice is always honest and really helpful. Everyone is friendly, reliable and genuinely goes the extra mile. They have a great range of products, and if they don’t have something in stock they’re always happy to order it in. This is the only bike shop I trust with my bike.

I'm really pleased with choosing Wheelbase for my new Gravel bike. The whole experience was 10 out of 10 from the ease of buying via their website, to the speed of their customer service and the bike was delivered within 5 days. I've never seen a bike so carefully packaged. They used so much protective foam tubing and bubble wrap. I'm very happy and I would highly recommend Wheelbase. I'll be back before too long for a new Road Bike.
We bought our daughter’s bike from Peddlers in October and she absolutely loves it! We were so happy with the experience that we went back to get another bike for our littlest daughter for Christmas.
Both times, the experience was fab, staff were incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and made sure every detail was taken care of. We’ll definitely be back :)
