All my bikes are serviced by Yas and Team at Proper Bike Shop and they have supported/ encouraged my journey in the sport as well as that of Triathlon since 2019.
They have also supported my participation in Cycling Time Trials since 2020 and helped build/ refine 2 different Time Trial Bikes in that time.

Extremely pleased with the way I was dealt with during the purchase of my Trek Rail+ 8, both online via various e-mails to different members of staff, and in the Darlington branch when I went to collect the bike.
I had mentioned to the folks at Stavely that I had particular preferences for tyres and forks and my needs were fully catered for, didn't expect that without some to-and-fro, so top marks there too.
The handover was expertly conducted and all necessary info about the bike and service detail was conveyed to me in a thorough and very friendly manner.
I'm not the first among MTB folk I know who have used Wheelbase and I'm sure I won't be the last.
