Sincere and genuine service.
The guys were very friendly from the moment i walked in. They told me in advance exactly what theyd be doing and asked what limit i had if they did have to do works. I liked that because i had a rough idea of max cost before they did any work and said theyd call if it was more. Got a message that evening it was ready and full breakdown of works carried out and advice on when to bring it in again when i collected.
The staff are very knowledgable, but can also deal tactfully with customers who are not. On several occasions, they've got me out of situations where I've tried to do a repair myself but have had to give up!

Cannot recommend Saddle Safari too highly - the staff are all professional and welcoming, the customer service is second to none and even more impressive is the depth of knowledge on bikes and their maintenance - which they are happy to share. Excellent service from Cycles UK. I recently had my BMX serviced and every aspect was spot on, from the communication throughout to the quality of the work carried out. Friendly, professional and clearly knowledgeable. The bike feels fantastic again. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be using them again.
