As always friendly and efficient assistance from Dan and Dylan (I think Paddy was on holiday). Dropped the bike off for a service and it was all done within a couple of hours. I would certainly recommend the Trek Manchester team when buying a bike or having work done.

I bought my Cannondale gravel bike from you nearly 3 years ago and it has been a pleasure to ride it in all conditions .. your staff set up the bike for me with my own requirements ( seat dropper and slick Kevlar tyres). Since then I have had a number of services repairs at your shop and each time staff and services have been exemplary .
The service was fantastic. After I was let down by a major brand on a new bike. I found a great bike at a great price from the website that was at the Tring store. Matt organised for it to be brought to my closest store where I could try the bike for fit before purchasing. Having organised a time to pick it up, the bike was out and ready for collection when I arrived.
